I head the Global compliance department in Orion. In Orion we deliver transformative business solutions & digital product development with agility at scale. Our focus is on Digital Strategy, Experience Design, Engineering and Domain Expertise. We are in 25+ years in existence with 4750 employees and 11 Major delivery centers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sattrix?

We have expanded our compliance and security services to our existing customers. We leveraged SATTRIX for performing vulnerability management, incident management and Forensic analysis.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Orion leveraged SATTRIX because of their SOC (Security Operations Center) domain experience, the quality of resources and their security toolset competencies.

There are multiple projects which we have leveraged SATTRIX. Note all the below services are 24/7*365

1. Vulnerability management of Client environment / assets 
2. Incident Management on client environments
3. Forensic analysis At times we also leverage SATTRIX for responding to RFP on behalf of Orion.

At any point in time there are an average of 7 resources working on these projects. Our main point of contacts are Darshak S. and Mahendra P. ( Senior Delivery managers) at SATTRIX

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Orion clients are satisfied with the services provided by Orion and SATTRIX. We have successfully demonstrated our capabilities and clients are extremely happy with the service offerings and support from SATTRIX.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly (3 times) scrum calls between Orion and SATTRIX. This is over and above ad-hoc calls for any client requests / clarifications. We ensure we work collaboratively and ensure providing services to clients.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their experience in SOC space, professionalism and their experience and expertise.

The project entailed deploying of SIEM tool to monitor critical devices, business applications in a hybrid environment and spread over multiple locations. The solution was to consume various sources of data, and creation of correlation rules and alerts which would help prevent, detect and respond to incidents quickly.

The result of the project was deployment of the SIEM solution that meets all the current and future customer requirements.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both Customer and Sattrix team have a simplified approach - the collaboration meetings were set when necessary Project manager has kept everyone updated on the progress and milestones. Frequent executive level meetings have been done to review the progress and address any concerns.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Sattrix's leadership team really understands the cybersecurity landscape and customer needs. The resources assigned to the project had impressive skills and experience in the field.

Company is in to providing Financial and mortgage services to clients specially Banks in US. I am a group manager for information security global.

We have been working with Satrrix on various projects such as tool implementation for Application security, code assessment and various services required to support other tool.

What were your goals for this project?

As mentioned above there were various project in which Sattrix was supporting and the goals were to scan applications and codes to find vulnerabilities.

They were also involved for other services such as logs parsing and converting to different format so that logs can be consume by different SIEM tool.

How did you select Sattrix?

We have a very stringent process of selecting a vendor. we look at the reviews, their technical capability, financial condition in addition to this vendor has to be registered and should have all legal documents.

In this process Vendor management team, Legal and information security team is involved

We were looking for a solution to identify vulnerabilities in application and code. The whole purpose was to improve the overall security of the application.

Sattrix helped us to identified the right tool and implement in the organization and also help us in integrating the tool with various application. There were close to 70+ application which were in the scope

What was the team composition?

There were various people involved in the project from Sattrix side. One project manager, coordinator, 2 technical person and we also had review meeting with Sattrix senior management on regular basis

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Close to 75 application were integrated with the tool and we were able to perform application and code assessment. this helped us to identify the vulnerabilities and patch them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The best part is the ease of communication. All the sattrix team member were reachable when required. Project manager updated us on regular basis with the status and challenges.

Even in case of additional support if required additional team member were deployed. Sattrix senior management where also involved and ready to support when ever required.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Always ready to help, put in extra effort for timely closure of project. Ease of doing business and have a good team with technical skills

We wanted to host our private cloud infrastructure and wanted management of the same and providing security for remote users and the critical data management. We wanted to ensure uninterrupted availability of critical IT Infrastructure, access of data and resume work 24x7 to our firm.

Sattrix is well know name in IT Security, Managed Services and IT Infra management. We regularly follow them on LinkedIn and also confirmed their reputation and delivery status from our known sources. We also got satisfactory reference from Industry regarding their dedication and performance.

Initially as required, a dedicated learned senior personnel was deployed to understand our needs and later on as per needs to complete the project in time, they deployed our learned employees. Team of 3 to 4 people was deployed by Sattrix to provide complete solution to our problem.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within less than a week time, complete solution to our problem was provided. A dedicated senior person was monitoring project and was in touch with us for any suggestions, modification, errors etc. The project was successfully implemented and currently also running successfully without any complain.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was as smooth and as easy as it was before hiring services of Sattrix. We did not face any problem during transition phase. Our entire solution firm was put on to cloud and they hosted our IT Infra so smoothly without any interruption to our normal work flow during implementation phase.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their way of working. Understanding problem of client in death. Finding most feasible solution without interruption of existing flow. Their readiness to provide complete support during, within and after implementing the solution.
