Tasks that previously required input from multiple people started being resolved faster through the AI agent.We also saw smoother internal coordination, especially in operations and legal workflows, where standard processes became more structured and consistent. Teams relied less on manual communication and more on the AI agent for first-level answers and draft generation.
Tasks that previously required manual preparation and review across team members were often reduced from around 20–30 minutes to just a few minutes since the AI could generate a solid first draft that only needed light editing. For example, when we needed to make a specific presentation for a client or partner.We also saw improvements in internal request handling. Instead of people repeatedly asking the same questions across departments, employees could quickly get answers through the AI agent, which reduced back-and-forth communication.
