With all the important information and reports in front of us whenever we need them, helps in decision making, we have an interactive dashboard, to have a quick view on various activities of school. This system efficiently manages the entire student data on a secured database with role-based access which can definitely avoid the data loss.

The online attendance system overcomes the aforementioned flaws of the manual attendance management system and yields better results. Its not only for the students but also the complete staff. . Staff attendance can be recorded accurately and the payroll module can fetch this data internally to make the salary calculations.

The software standardizes employee health data management, enabling us to calculate the Health Index of each employee and get Business, Vertical, Function, Location & Age-wise Health Analysis.

To record the data effeciently of the regular health checkups we organize keeping in mind the parameters that are critical for operation at MG Motors on basis of which the health index is calculated.

The data is managed over some time right from pre-employment to pre-retirement, everything is stored in one place. The data comparison can also be done between 2 years, department-wise, sub-company division-wise, age-wise. Among the employee's percentage of health and risk level can be calculated.

The business development manager was our main point of contact for anything that was business-related coordinated all communications and reporting with the development team. The development team is composed of 3 people throughout the project and one support engineer who constantly provides us support post-development.

Thus owing to the software healthcare professionals like us can direct all our time to protect, maintain and promote the wellness of employees and are no longer needed to sort and update data from different logs. They’ve provided the quality we were expecting from them.

We had weekly meetings and sometimes twice-weekly meetings to discuss the project. Our engagement with them has been great. The manager was available 24/7 and responded quickly to all kinds of questions and suggestions.

They write down everything, was always easy for us to track where they are, what the problems are, and what the next steps will be. They gave us a good overview of who is working on what at the moment.

From there, work gets delegated out, and it flexes up and down depending on our monthly needs. We interact with them on a weekly basis.

It has been a successful project—on time and on budget. I believe the number of support requests that have been generated has been very low from thrice to once a month. On all fronts, it was money well spent.
