There are 4–5 people on the team. We have mainly interacted with Hargun, our technical support person.

They were a referral. Our IT head proposed to set up the software in our factory.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in May 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The team has successfully delivered custom software and helped us with our digital transformation. This software has been very handy to me since it’s all computerized. In the past, we used pen and paper, and maintaining those records was difficult. Now, everything is streamlined very well and is working according to our needs. In fact, we now organize efficiently our patients, medications, and data.
Moreover, even our employees who come as patients can look into their test results or set up an appointment to meet me. SAPPHIRE_SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS has really helped us out and provided everything we needed.
How did SAPPHIRE_SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS perform from a project management standpoint?
Whenever we ask for help, they do it within the time limit. Not to mention, they’re ready to change things for us, which we love. We use a company phone number, and we set up appointments through email and Microsoft Teams.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
Hargun has been there for me all the time. When I call him, he responds very well. He schedules meetings with me and solves any problems or issues I face with the software. Overall, he’s been helping me a lot with the software.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Ours is a busy field. However, SAPPHIRE_SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS often checks on us and asks if we have any doubts, which is commendable. They come up to us and ask how things are going with the software; this has been the hallmark of their work. Whenever we want something, they do it. We really appreciate that. They have been good to us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I haven’t found any faults. They’re doing very well.
