Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our project focused on designing and implementing an intelligent timetable generation system, which took into account class size, the distribution of shares, and teaching load. In implementation, we created a module to support structured lesson planning, where staff could conveniently plan and submit future lessons.
Principal outputs included automated timetable generation, conflict-free timetables, user configured lesson plan templates, populated subject titles, and seamless integration with academic calendars.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new system significantly shortened the time between creating/update time tables. Updating timetables was no longer a multi-day task and was reduced to minutes. Our faculty found it much easier to plan lectures, while heads of departments could more easily see syllabus progress. 
There were fewer timetable conflicts and less last-minute malleability in regards to classroom assignments as well.
