They created three versions of the app: 1 for patients, 1 for doctors and 1for institutions. The Doctor version interacts with both the Institution and the Patient versions so that the users can request and negotiate what type of service they are looking for. They have also created the Admin Panel which is used to manage all users, send notifications to users, adjust service fees, manage complaints and credits. They have also created a custom referral program and integrated it with a local brazilian payments company and also they have integrated the Doctor version with a famous american payment gateway.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
All three versions of the app are running smoothly. They are all incredibly stable. After the launch, they demand very little maintenance and when some maintenance is need, it is never something serious that prevents the app from performing its main function.

Yes. Krunal who is the head project manager is great. We have developed a great relationship over time and all the teammates that he coordinates and that have entered in contact with me during the project have all been extremely polite and knowledgeable. He was always able to understand what my ideias were and this continues to be like this to this day.

Based on this data, comprehensive report cards were created that integrated academic performance, attendance, and extracurricular activities into a single, organized report that parents and staff could access.

Following implementation, keeping student records became more transparent and well-organized. Report card preparation time was greatly decreased, and teachers found it easier to update activity participation. Overall engagement and satisfaction increased as a result of parents' appreciation of having a comprehensive view of their child's extracurricular activities and academic progress in one location.
