Our firm’s website was out-of-date and, having been constructed internally, needed more sophistication in both its structural and aesthetic design. Sapiens worked closely with us over the course of several weeks to first understand our business and then help us develop the website structure. 
On a parallel track, Pamika and her team also helped us zero in on an aesthetic design schema that would properly portray our firm to potential clients. As the development of the site itself began, we worked closely with them to develop the content and, over the course of several months, worked to calibrate both the content and the site structure. 
Not only did this produce a better website, but it helped our firm more crisply define our value proposition. Since completing the new website, Sapiens has provided timely responses and support for changes and troubleshooting, as well as suggestions for improving various parts of the site as our firm and the external business environment evolve. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest measure of success was the reaction we received once the site went live. We had various timelines and deliverables throughout the course of the project, but the real test was public reaction to it once live. The reactions were unanimously positive.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management started fairly well and improved throughout the course of the project as we and Sapiens adjusted to workflows and requirements. We experienced some slight delays to our initial timeline, but those stemmed from changes (some significant) that we requested as we sharpened our thinking on the organization of the content and, by extension, the site design. 
Sapiens accommodated these changes, some of which occurred out of cycle, and streamlined them into the workflow with only minimal (and inconsequential) delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attentiveness to developing and maintaining a working relationship with our firm is impressive. We could develop a site that properly reflected the array of things we do and accommodate changes as our business evolves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sapiens Growth Marketing Agency could have done differently?

Instituting some of the later-stage project-management protocols closer to the outset of the project might have avoided some miscommunication and helped us zero in on certain design elements faster. 
However, this likely would’ve limited the spontaneity and serendipity from which some of our more interesting design and content elements developed. That can be a difficult balance to strike, and a slight calibration toward a consistent engagement protocol earlier in the process might have helped, but on the whole the process ran well.
