What challenge were you trying to address with SAP TECHNO SOLUTIONS?

We needed to design, develop, and deploy a professional, secure, and scalable website. The primary objectives were to create a modern and responsive website, implement service pages, training and internship modules, contact and inquiry forms, SEO optimization, and ensure reliable hosting and deployment. The project also aimed to strengthen our online presence, improve user engagement, and support future business growth through a robust digital platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SAP TECHNO SOLUTIONS was responsible for the complete design, development, deployment, and technical implementation of our website. The scope of work included gathering requirements, UI/UX design, front- and backend development using ASP.NET Core, database integration, responsive design, contact and inquiry forms, training and internship modules, SEO optimization, website testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. The project was developed with a focus on performance, security, scalability, and ease of maintenance.

We found them through an online search. They were close to our geographic location, and their pricing fit our budget. Additionally, they offered good value for the cost, were referred to me, and their company values aligned with ours. I connected with the director of SAP TECHNO SOLUTIONS and had a productive discussion about my project. After our discussion, we mutually decided to assign this project to SAP TECHNO SOLUTIONS.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February to July 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve successfully launched a modern, responsive website, improving our online presence and user experience across desktop and mobile devices. Website performance and page loading speed have been optimized, and an SEO-friendly structure has been implemented to enhance search engine visibility. Contact and inquiry forms have been integrated to improve lead generation and customer engagement. The deployment process has been completed successfully with a secure and scalable ASP.NET Core architecture, providing a reliable foundation for future growth.

Overall, the project has achieved its primary objectives of enhancing digital visibility, improving customer interaction, and creating a professional platform to showcase our IT consulting and training services. While long-term performance metrics are still being collected through Google Analytics and Google Search Console, the project has already achieved key objectives. We expect measurable improvements in website traffic, search rankings, and customer inquiries as the website continues to be indexed and promoted. Ongoing monitoring and optimization are in place to track these metrics over time.

Although the website was launched recently, the early indicators have been encouraging. The new website provides a modern, responsive, and user-friendly experience, and the initial feedback from stakeholders and visitors has been positive. We’ve already started receiving inquiries through the website's contact form, confirming that the lead generation functionality is working as intended.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience with SAP TECHNO SOLUTIONS. While there’s always room for continuous improvement, more frequent progress updates and additional post-launch optimization recommendations would further enhance the client experience. Otherwise, we’re very satisfied with their services.
