I was very satisfied with everything. Public Holidays are communicated, but can be communicated way ahead of time for proper planning to better serve global clients.

Integration with different countries, not only Colombia, takes into consideration many access to different useful layers of the platform and great traceability without damaging the efficiency of the platform.

We have had improvements, sales have increased and the platform has been able to support them with good results. A little improvement in reports and support response times would be perfect.

The control of distributors, the possibility of extracting reports from the same platform was something very, very useful, it's incredible, something I hadn't seen on other platforms.

Trying to find support to address situations at schedules adapted to different countries and clients, since critical problems occurred throughout the day in Colombia.
