Salus was hired to conduct a complete Due Diligence of a company we are looking to acquire in Mexico. They were in charge of all financial analysis, valuation, projections, and fundraising strategies.

In the timeframe given, SALUS completed and turned in to us a complete financial evaluation including risks and benefits. Roberto was very direct and transparent about their findings and their analysis was a key element for us to move forward with the transaction.

The objective was to assess the performance, growth, revenue KPIs, and profitability of four franchises (locations), and calculate their return on investment (ROI) to date. The deliverable was a professional presentation detailing the findings and providing recommendations for implementing internal controls and oversight to enhance the master franchisor's management of franchisees.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to understand the return on investment on each of the analyzed franchises individually. Additionally the revenue analysis report Salus delivered provided key insights into our customer base and their buying trends. Finally, Salus provided recommendations on internal controls that we are currently implementing.
