I'm the CEO of Magic Painting LLC, a painting contractor offering interior, exterior, cabinet, and commercial painting, plus kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

What challenge were you trying to address with Salomon Web services?

We needed to get our painting and remodeling business in front of more people online and bring in more customers. We wanted a professional website in both English and Spanish so we could reach every homeowner in our area, show off the work we do, and make it easy for people to request a free estimate. On top of that, we wanted to show up when folks around Bound Brook, New Jersey, search for a painter near them, instead of getting lost behind the bigger companies.

Salomon Web services has designed and developed a bilingual website with all our service pages. The team has also created free-estimate and contact forms for capturing leads, a blog with 20+ articles for SEO and customer education, and local service-area pages for the towns around Bound Brook. Moreover, Salomon Web services has done a full technical SEO setup (structured data, sitemap, page titles, search-engine indexing) and provides ongoing deployment, maintenance, and support.Salomon Web services has designed the whole look and layout of the site, including the page structure, color scheme, fonts, and how everything is laid out on desktop and mobile. The team has taken our brand and built the site around it so it looks professional and consistent on every page, from the homepage and service pages to the gallery and the estimate form.

Now, we finally have a website where we can give our customers more information about what we do and a place to show off the work we've completed so people can see the quality before they even call us. We also have a professional spot online where folks can learn about our services in both English and Spanish and request a free estimate right from the site.On top of that, we now show up on Google when people around Bound Brook search for a painter, and we have a blog full of helpful articles and pages for the towns we serve. It's given our business a real presence online that we just didn't have before, and now we can track the estimate requests and calls coming in through the site.Since launch, everything is live and indexed on Google, and we've begun seeing the first estimate requests and calls come in through the site. 
We expect these to keep growing over the next few weeks as Google fully picks up all our new pages and content. Now, we're set up to track exactly how many leads, visitors, and calls come through each month.Even though it's early, the feedback has been positive. Customers have told us the site looks professional and makes it easy to see what we do and the kind of work we've done. Having it in both English and Spanish has been a real plus since a lot of the people we serve are more comfortable in Spanish, and now they can read everything in their own language.It's also just made us feel more legit as a business. We can point people to the website instead of trying to explain everything over the phone, and folks can look through our gallery and request an estimate on their own time. Those are good early signs that it's helping us connect with more customers.

If we had to point to something, it would be that a lot of the results from a website, like showing up higher on Google and getting more calls, take time to build up. At first, we didn't fully realize that. It's nothing Salomon Web services has done wrong, but a little more heads-up early on about how long the search results take to kick in would have helped us set our expectations.Other than that, the communication, design, and follow-up have all been solid, and the team has been quick to fix anything that comes up.
