Salesup helped Survio.com to initiate the early stage of B2B sales activities. Actively created ICP and foundations for B2B Sales stategy. Besides those fundations, supported CEO with hiring process of newly created Sales team in the organization. On top of these activities, supported the integration of Hubspot CRM on very high and professional level. As a part of their activities, the team also provided coaching to new hired sales reps. for smooth and fast start of their activities.

Every task or request was delivered on time, with availability to reach to the team without any limitation. Roadmap was clearly set and followed over the course of this project. Saleup team very quickly adopted the company culture and was able to orient within the company organization promptly. 
Besides pre-defined goals and tasks, Saleup team was able to sort newly faced challanges and obstacles. Summarizing above, from project management perspective, all possible scenarios of project development were covered and we never faced any major road-block. All obstacles were overcome swiftly, and both teams were able to learn from such actions.
