I'm a project manager for Chapo, a SaaS company providing B2B and B2C software.

For what projects/services did your company hire SafeLaunch Software?

We developed a set of mobile apps and websites for the hospitality industry. SafeLaunch helped us with testing services both for mobile apps and the websites.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose this vendor based on a recommendation.

Their team was responsible for testing our software. They handled exploratory, regression, integration and UAT. Most tasks then got a complete set of automated tests that we are still using to validate regression.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a project manager, 3 manual test engineers and 1 automation engineer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The SafeLaunch manual testing team validated our implementation before going to release. Then they built a complete suite of automated tests that we are now using to validate regression.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They have been great at getting up to speed with our developers and business analysts. They suggested plenty of improvements for our software, some of which made it live. Their project management was very communicative, which helped unblock situations and move the project forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication and experience in testing. They understood our business model perfectly and validated the implementation while also providing plenty of user-like feedback.
