Based on ideas of a revolutionary web page, the first scope of the project was to generate a website were anyone could upload their corresponding architecture projects depending on the type of membership the client has. Also they could upload their corresponding prodcuts. In order to generate a platform where everyone could interact with anything.

Also the first part was to define in the backend all the logic of how the memberships are gonna work, like prices, benfits and types. Then types of products which are in categories and subcategories. Also a project collaboration matrix where any user can request access to be part of the project. Then all the icons & social media, terms and conditions, countries list and finally adapt all in a web page where any user can access to any project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The git repos where we could see the code, analyze it and then if we could see that was an advancement in the project. Also we had a testing website where we could see the results in a more graphic way. If the results concorde with the code and what was expected, we move forward to the next steps.

We had daily meetings were they shared to us the results, the results were reasonable and on time according to the established. There could be one or two minor things that somedays for the circumstances of the day or the times maybe they can't be uploaded  and implemented, but in the next day it would be a fact that everything would be in form. They had excellent management, and they responded with clear and precise work!

For my project, the primary objective was to optimize their mobile application backend infrastructure using Django, employing advanced automation and cutting-edge infrastructure management techniques: 

• Infrastructure Automation: 
  • Leveraging Terraform, orchestrated the deployment of an AWS infrastructure stack, encompassing the provisioning of an EKS cluster, configuration of worker nodes, and establishment of a highly secure VPC alongside intricately defined security groups.
• AWS Resource Management: 
  • Utilized CloudFormation templates to meticulously manage diverse AWS resources such as EC2 instances, S3 buckets, IAM roles, and Auto Scaling groups, ensuring seamless scalability and resilience. 
  • Implemented CloudWatch for proactive monitoring and alerting, ensuring timely detection and resolution of anomalies.

We have given our requirement to Rytsense Technologies and they clearly understood the problem we are trying to solve so we collaborate and created a PRD for the project which includes a custom software application with team wise dashboards and a task management application for the entire engineering process. Rytsense Technologies team also suggested to build a cloud infrastructure for our product which we agreed upon and completed.

Firstly we've had a reduction in cost, using a third party instead of our in house team for this development and also Rytsense Technologies team helped us with flexible payment options. The Success metric is increase in the speed of production and product to output. which created very less time to market.

We communicated mostly in weekly virtual meetings and Project wise live tracker tools. Initially the Project was set in a Time frame to complete in 8 months but Rytsense Technologies Team actually deployed the entire project less than 6 months. Although we changed some of the features from our point of view the team proactively implemented the changes and the project was live in a lesser time

Their responsiveness and flexibility when addressing requirements stand out. Requirement usually evolve for projects like this. While other companies are less flexible Rytsense Technologies has been incredibly flexible in this regard.

No, We enjoyed working with Rytsense Technologies. They are very professional from the beginning of the project.
