For what projects/services did your company hire Krish Compusoft Services Inc.?

We outsourced the development of the ACLS Project.

What were your goals for this project?

To develop a web application and an Android mobile application to handle trading signals, clients, affiliates, commissions, and an internal messaging system.

How did you select this vendor?

After an evaluation of several vendors and the selection criteria were, speed of response, level of understanding of the project, resources skills, and availability as well as cost.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

KCS was hired to develop the whole application from scratch after analysis that was provided by my company.

The ACLS system accepts trading signal providers on the platform where they post their trading signals for subscribers of the service to follow. The web application part of the system handles all registrations, clients, renewals, signal sending and notifications to the mobile application. The mobile application is for client use and it handles all operations required by the client to use the service: registration, subscriptions, selection of signals and receipt of trading signals. 

What was the team composition?

3-6 people (depending on the stage of the project). Database architect, web designer, back-end developer, front-end developer, Web Services Developer, android application developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project has been completed successfully by KCS and has been live since then. The project has helped us (or more accurately the client for which we did this project) to offer these services to their client base on a global scale.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had a central point of communication between KCS and ourselves. Communication was very effective and professional.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're skilled and dedicated to delivering what was promised.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My company is very happy with KCS and we continue to outsource projects to them. Their level of professionalism continues to be at very high levels.
