I run sales and marketing operations for an education consulting company.

Our SFDC instance was in dire need of repair. The company had been using other consultants that were ineffective and off base.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to evaluate, diagnose, and implement best practices throughout our instance so it can run smoothly and scale as we grow.

I have worked with MondayCall in the past at previous companies and always been impressed with their level of work.

We needed ongoing support for our SFDC needs. We needed someone to basically un-do and re-do what other consultants had been doing with our instance.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned an account manager, project manager, and project lead.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have successfully ieplmtemed best practices to run smoothly as as a start-up sales ops team. MondayCall has met every one of my expectations. Stakeholders have been very satisfied with what we have accomplished since bringing MondayCall onboard.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been great. Their team has been very responsive over email, phone, and voip/screen-share calls.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found everyone I have worked with to be not only very knowledgeable, but personable and friendly. We can refer, in internal team meetings, to MondayCall's project lead on a first name basis and people know who we're talking about. That's the level of relationship we are able to have.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everyone always wants things to be less expensive. It's understandable. But you get what you pay for...quality.
