Our key staffs were first given ESG training, by RS Eco Group's expert trainers (Mr. Telvin & Ms. Afiqah). They provided up-to-date Malaysian industrial ESG requirements and practices and also the following:
ESG awareness
ESG implementation and reporting
ESG fundamentals
ESG strategy
ESG concerns for our industry (certification body)
After the training, in the course of next few weeks, our management and RS team worked together to brainstorm ESG targets for our company. We set a total of 5 targets for the first year. Finally, we agreed on ways to integrate our 5 ESG targets and ways to measure our goals in the next one year.

Our point of contact, Ms. Afiqah was profesisonal and catered to our concerns.
The setting up of ESG targets / metrics were on time however, the methods to integrate the ESG targets were setback by few weeks due to payment delay by our finance division.

We liked the team's down-to-earth approach with our staff. It was easy to communicate our needs and concerns. It was really eye opening to have such an interactive ESG training. Further to that, RS provided a holistic ESG approach which were easy to implement and there's potential return on investment.
Are there any areas for improvement or something RS Eco Group Sdn Bhd could have done differently?
Areas for improvement would be to provide dual language ESG training course for staffs who are unable to fully comprehend English language.
