I’m an administrator at Colegiul Național “Samuil Vulcan”, a prestigious Romanian educational institution that provides comprehensive secondary education, focusing on academic excellence, student development, and preparation for higher education.

What challenge were you trying to address with Roti's Web?

We needed to redesign and modernize the school’s website to improve usability and performance. We also wanted to ensure a clear presentation of academic information and provide an easy-to-manage platform for publishing news, announcements, and institutional content.

Roti’s Web handled the full website redesign and development, including UI/UX modernization, responsive design implementation, performance optimization, and content structure improvement. The main deliverables included a modern, mobile-friendly website, an intuitive CMS for administrators, optimized loading performance, and a scalable architecture to support future updates and content expansion.

Additionally, Roti’s Web provided post-launch support, along with basic training and documentation to ensure the school’s staff could easily manage and update website content independently.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new website delivered by Roti’s Web significantly improved loading speed and overall performance, enhanced mobile responsiveness, and ensured a clearer presentation of institutional information. As a result, the school experienced better usability, easier content management for staff, and increased engagement from students and parents.

After the redesign, page load times were noticeably reduced, and the website achieved improved performance and responsiveness across all devices. Staff reported that content updates became faster and easier to manage, while students and parents provided positive feedback regarding clearer navigation, improved accessibility, and a more modern visual experience.

While we didn’t track detailed analytics dashboards, the website saw an estimated 40%–50% improvement in page load times following performance optimizations. Additionally, staff reported a clear increase in efficiency when managing content, and user feedback indicated higher engagement due to improved navigation, mobile responsiveness, and overall usability.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the collaboration was very positive, and there were no major areas for improvement. If anything, some project phases could have benefited from slightly faster feedback cycles, but this didn’t impact the final outcome or delivery timeline.
