**UX/UI design for the financial and gaming sectors**
The @roobinium design agency develops and updates interfaces for fintech and gaming services, cryptocurrency projects, working with startups from scratch and with experienced businesses. The team works in trendy styles, and the visual UI solutions in the interface are grounded in UX expertise.

While working with UX, the team conducts in-depth analysis of the business and the processes that affect the interface. Then the team implements a strategy for evaluating competitive decisions, compiles basic patterns and anti-patterns. After that team creates custom portraits to increase the level of empathy and better understanding of user motivation. Then the user scenarios are worked out, and the information architecture of the project is formed. The final stage at the UX stage is a highly detailed prototype with a study of usability and logic. Further, this prototype is used as an object for conducting tests and visualizing technical specifications for the next stages.

**The Review** — Sep 12, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: The client was pleased with the quality of Roobinium’s modern designs, as they made the site stand out from the competition. The team was highly communicative and helpful, proactively sharing updates and suggestions throughout the process. Additionally, their overall design skills were impressive.
"“Roobinium stood apart due to their ability to create non-ordinary designs, which were very useful for our purposes.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a freelance developer currently acting as a project manager in a project focused on building a ticket consignment website.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Roobinium?

Initially, I tried to design the website myself, but my client wanted its design to be more professional, so I decided to outsource for designers.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Roobinium helped me design the website I needed. They started out by developing low-fidelity prototypes of the login screen so that I could assess their design skills and see if I would like to follow through with the rest of the project. For this initial assessment, I provided them with information and content for the page, and they presented different variations of the design they created on Figma.

After that, I selected the designs I liked, and we iterated on them. Once Roobinium was done with the page design, we continued working together on designing different features of the site. Any time I requested them to design a new feature, I provided them with specific instructions and the content needed. Still, I gave them creative freedom for the design.

What is the team composition?

We mainly worked with two people: a person who handled our initial discussions and ensured I was providing them with adequate content to keep the pace, and Vino (Product Design Manager), with whom I discussed design changes when needed.

How did you come to work with Roobinium?

I posted a job offer on Upwork. After getting hundreds of applications and looking into them, I decided to go with Roobinium because their portfolio appealed to me the most.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent between $8,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April–June 2022.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was very satisfied and happy with the quality of Roobinium’s work. They were always very helpful with their recommendations and suggestions, resulting in a beautiful-looking final product. As for the output, I was very impressed with the designs; they were very modern, making the site stand out from the competition.

How did Roobinium perform from a project management standpoint?

Working with Roobinium throughout the entire project was a pleasure. I really liked how they kept on top of their communication without me having to reach out to them constantly and check up on them. It made my role as a project manager much easier because I didn’t have to worry if they were doing their work. We communicated via a private chat room on Telegram.

Additionally, Roobinium was very consistent with their updates, and they met with me weekly, where they showed me what they were doing. In these meetings, we would also discuss changes and things we were uncertain about. I also had access to their designs every day through Figma, where they also left notes. This visibility was helpful to me because I could see what Roobinium’s teammates communicated to one another.

Moreover, Roobinium did a great job at sticking to schedule. Throughout the process, we had a lot of changes, but they still did a very good job at staying on schedule despite those, which was very nice.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Roobinium’s design ability was their strength. I’ve worked with other designers, but Roobinium stood apart due to their ability to create non-ordinary designs, which were very useful for our purposes. Additionally, their communication was impressive. I really enjoyed how they shared with me what they were doing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a set list of requirements and have everything planned out before bringing them into the project so that they don’t waste time and you can save money.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CMO at Digital Arms, the world's first NFT trading platform for the firearms industry.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Roobinium?

We were after a company that could create mind-blowing digital assets of a concept design with little guidance, we were seeking a designer that could take our idea and produce content beyond our expectations.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We saw some samples of their work, and while it was of a different genre we could see the high quality of underlying talent used to create, which made them stand out from the 7 candidates we had shortlisted. Communication was also key, they met all our requests very efficiently.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We started with creating concept art, now what I did was test their ability to take a basic idea and present a concept that would pave the way for an NFT collection. The art we received exceeded our expectations and we continued with a full collection of NFT assets. At each stage of the NFT collection, there were several meetings to discuss variations to the art, all of which were facilitated very professionally. Most of the time we resorted to chatrooms due to timezones however we always had a response the same day.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Most of the time we dealt via Kseniia, the project manager which was great as all communication was documented and minuted. After the concept stages, we dealt with Elizebeth and V Konstantin on artwork particulars. At all times communication was reliable and well documented.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their artwork collection was very thorough and easy read by our DEV team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Time management was great, all deadlines were met and if something took a little longer, it was always discussed and approved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The artwork is simply unreal. We will definitely utilize their skillsets as our company grows.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing to note at this point.

We started from design weekly sprint 1. I sent all the project's info and details and at first Vino created UI design concepts of the main page in 4 different variations.

### Self Promo Page - Roobinium | Web3 | Fintech | AI
Roobinium has been glowing on the web for years with its neon-glossy main page — a signature we’ve kept sharp and recognizable. But in this case, we’re stepping inside. Four internal pages. Four rooms of the ecosystem where design, code, and brand live in sync:
— Lead Designer’s page
— 3D Department
— Blockchain Division
— Brand Materials Hub
We carried over the style DNA of the main site, but gave it a colder, sharper tone. Every element is deliberate: content hierarchy engineered, colors and typography tuned for clarity, 3D compositions staged for maximum impact. You’ll see memorable key visuals, bold UI moments like a price slider tied to emoji, and natural founder signatures embedded in the flow.
This isn’t just a visual refresh — it’s a fully adaptive system built for seamless usability across every screen and platform. It’s Web3-contextual, structurally sound, and modular, with room to grow. From quick-turn MVPs to flagship launches, our work has been trusted across briefs and borders, every review proof of impact.
We’ve turned awards, portfolio highlights, and standout 3D assets into a coherent story. Even internal tools got a touch of neon-stained personality, while brand pages hold all the essentials in one place.
