What I found most impressive and unique is their ability to seamlessly combine user-centered design principles with a deep understanding of SaaS business models and technical requirements.

I am a CTO of Coin Wallet (Coin.Space) - non-custodial multicurrency wallet for multiple platforms.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ronas IT?

We hired the vendor to completely redesign whole app for desktop and mobile devices.

How did you select this vendor?

We got their proposal on Upwork and got interested.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Their project manager gathered all our requirements and wishes. After that they provided us stages estimate (time + budget). We confirmed that estimate and they started to work. Every week we received update about what have done and what they are working right now. Current progress we were checking in Figma, also there we were making notes which Ronas IT team was successfully processing.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

My team worked directly with their UX/UI designer and a project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are still working on their UI implementation, but our programmers are very satisfied to work with their designs. All is clear and easy to work with.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was effective enough – quick response in messenger. Everything was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was really impressed with their UX/UI designers. Such competence and expertise – it's hard to find nowadays.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I even don't know what to say. All was on top level.

We needed full stack web application assistance. Ronas IT was able to augment our programming team with expert programmers.

We learned about Ronas IT from a referral and then we interviewed their COO.

They provided project management, AngularJS full-stack web application programming, and some UX expertise.

What was the team composition?

Typically 2-3 people: PM and 1-2 developers. Sometimes a UX specializes was brought in.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Frees up our programmers to work on client work.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I had direct contact with our PM over email and WhatsApp. They were always available to me. PM allocated programmer resources for me. They use various only tools that facilitate the back-and-forth processes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality and speed of the programmers impresses me. Each programmer has at minimum a bachelor's of science degree.
