What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have met all our expectations. It was wonderful working with them. We have reached 20L in the second month of operations & the follower growth target of 200K from 180K was met in the first month of operations. The video reels they produce & the influencers they have have contributed immensely to the targets.

They use a fantastic tool called ClickUp to manage the deliverables effectively & deliver them on time.

I would say three impressive things: 

1. Fantastic quality of generating video reels & ads. 
2. Good understanding of performance marketing. 
3. Good people and pretty helpful during our festive seasons.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ROIcurv could have done differently?

Nothing that I think of. We have just signed a long retainer with them; hopefully, they can continue the good work.
