Kevin Hicks and team developed an online presence through Google Business pages in April 2016. I had just gotten my chiropractic license and set up my practice and I needed patients. With his strategy and focus we began with a 6-month plan to take me from zero clients to having at the very least, return on my initial investment. As a small business owner, spending $1000/mth on something you're not sure is going to work was a risk but I had seen what ROI had done for other solo healthcare practitioners and I had to take a chance. It had paid off.
With their algorithms ROI had developed from a list of keywords I had started seeing new patients booking in around week 3. My practice started noticing increased traffic and they had given me strategy on not just paid SEO but advising me on how to gain organic SEO as well. I continue to trust ROI with all web marketing.

The owner Kevin would frequently and still does touch base when our targets aren't quite met where we might change up the keywords to attract different clients.

I dont think so. There's been pretty good continuity of service and consistently prompt responses throughout the years.
