 In the beginning, the collaboration seemed aligned and productive. However, over time, we encountered delays, missed expectations, and inconsistencies in delivery versus what was agreed upon. The working relationship gradually deteriorated due to lack of transparency and control over the technical process.

 In what ways can they improve?

They need to focus on clearer communication, honest reporting, stronger QA processes, and professional integrity. There should also be a stronger commitment to meeting scope, deadlines, and maintaining accountability.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

Be extremely detailed and specific in your contracts. Set up daily documentation, source code access controls, and do independent technical reviews of the work delivered. Always retain legal and operational control of your systems and protect your IP from day one.
