What challenge were you trying to address with RoboFruit.Mobi?

We were trying to develop an app. We had a previous app that we had issues with, so we hired RoboFruit.Mobi to make changes to ensure the app worked as it should.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had the initial app ready, but it didn’t work well. Alex (Founder & CTO) and his team took care of everything to fix the app. They used React Native for the application.

What is the team composition?

We primarily worked with Alex.

Somebody we worked with referred them to us.

How much have you invested with them?

I believe we spent less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–September 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The team at RoboFruit.Mobi did a wonderful job, delivering on time and within budget. They were responsive to ensure the app worked correctly. After the app was completed, our business decided to halt the project.

How did RoboFruit.Mobi perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very responsive. I don’t recall any problems. We used Slack, email, WhatsApp, and Asana for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

RoboFruit.Mobi simply got the job done. Along with being professional, they were reasonable in terms of pricing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t recall any issues from my experience.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would definitely recommend them. If you need such a project, they know how to do it and manage it.

They did market research. I liked the approach, cost, and quality.

It is a project to migrate and provide easy to use maintenance for the knowledge database in our company, that is crucial to maintain the company operates in my area of responsibility. The communication was clear at all times and the service provided was according to or above my expectations. The system operates well.

The project manager was the single point of contact for us. Also, the team consisted of a couple of developers and designer

It was an essential operation and it led to successfully grow our operations further.

Weekly statuses, constant status updates - I was on top of what was going on at all times and absolute comfort with the operations.

They strive to provide the best customer experience and make the project a success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. My only wish, it that we can work on a bigger project.

I started with the idea of this in early 2020. The aim of this project is to help restaurants and cafes drive customer traffic to their location via an online aggregator service.

I am convinced that the initial conversation with a knowledgeable advisor helped me and my co-founder avoid major mistakes at the start of the project. We were given valuable advice about technology services that could help us with the project.
