What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There was a noticeable maturity in how the Roas Hack team handled the engagement. They did not rush to overhaul everything, nor did they default to agency-style overcommunication. Instead, they worked methodically, documented their thinking clearly, and made optimization feel like a controlled process rather than a stream of reactive edits.

We especially valued the consistency. The quality of their communication stayed high throughout, and their recommendations remained tied to business logic rather than vanity metrics. That made them a reliable partner for a more demanding environment.

We operate in a space where conditions can shift very quickly, so we needed a partner who could think in real time without creating chaos. Roas Hack handled that well. They were not flashy, but they were attentive, practical, and good at recognizing where small campaign changes could have a meaningful commercial effect.

I also appreciated that they understood the difference between “more traffic” and “better demand capture.” A lot of agencies blur that line. These guys didn’t.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out to me was not only the quality of the analysis, but the restraint. The Roas Hack team did not try to prove their value through volume. They were selective, deliberate, and generally right to be selective.

That made the collaboration feel mature. We were able to evaluate decisions clearly because they were not buried under unnecessary activity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ROAS HACK could have done differently?

I wish them maybe be more represented on social media because refferal is always sweet but initial background checking was a bit challenging. Of course it has nothing to do with the job that was done together after, great stuff.

The Roas Hack team was easy to work with and unusually calm under pressure. We did not get the typical agency behavior of overexplaining simple things or trying to package every update as a major breakthrough. Instead, they came in, got familiar with the setup quickly, and started making sensible adjustments.

From a project management perspective, the collaboration was clean. Feedback loops were short, deliverables were clear, and there was very little friction on execution. That reliability mattered as much as the marketing work itself.
