Regent Lighting Svilajnac was founded on 9th January 2020 as member of the Free Zone Svilajnac. Production has started on May 2020 in a rented hall of around 1000m2. Various product families have been transferred by the end of 2020: Traq, Echo, Stream and Purelite. 

The year 2020 is completed with 35 employees.Production is supported by employees in next departments: production planning and logistics, engineering, quality, finance, procurement, customer service and IT. The year 2022 is completed with 132 employees

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Road hired for us most of administrative workers. They find our people who are now managers, team leaders , seniors. All hired employees are still with us . Road was also very responsive for all our question after finishing process .

Regent started in Serbia 2020 , and needed support to hire new administrative employee. First we had position and then with ROAD we defined conditions together. They gather candidates and send us profiles to choose who to be contacted for the interview. 

They were with us in all circles of selection (mostly 3 times), when we choose candidate to hire they inform all candidates , and create contract for new employees . They were open after that for all legal matters. They respond was quick and everything was always on time.

We managed to hire multiple high-performing candidates filtered for us by Road HR.

They were able to deliver in a timely manner and were very responsive and proactive with more difficult-to-hire positions. They were very responsive to our needs and easy to cooperate with.

This is a general area for improvement when it comes to recruiting agencies. A larger database of potential candidates in the narrow pipeline that are more in line with company culture and a specific role.
