What challenge were you trying to address with RISETech?

We needed help rebuilding a major patient management platform with many integrations, including accounting, document storage, and external referrals.

What was the scope of their involvement?

RISETech handled the platform's complete development, including coding, repository management, documentation, research, deployment, and testing.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from RISETech.

How did you come to work with RISETech?

RISETech was a long-time associate. We chose them because they offered good value for the cost and had an established proof of capability.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March 2023–January 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RISETech delivered modules and received positive client feedback. The team ended up with a more secure, feature-rich system than the old V1 system. We also saw a reduction in bug reports. The new system was less clunky and more robust.

How did RISETech perform from a project management standpoint?

RISETech's project management was excellent. The team always dedicated themselves to the project and had great communication. We primarily communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Faizan was an excellent software development leader.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing they needed to improve.

We had software needs for multiple projects that required a bespoke solution. We needed the work to be done at an agile pace and within a reasonable budget.

RISETech has helped us upgrade the software we’ve developed for the Norteklabs WiBCI platform and other rehab apps. The team has also worked on hardware and software integration.

RISETech has delivered predefined deliverables on time. The software's performance and the apps' functionality have improved. The team has enhanced the user experience and features, including speed and reaction time.
