The platform streamlines client registration and enables seamless tracking throughout the different stages of the buying journey, with full integration into various internal systems. It also features AI-powered smart qualification to reduce non-targeted communication and improve lead efficiency.

In terms of process, Right Mind has handled everything from brainstorming, mood boards, UI/UX design, and web development to linking the platform with AI and our ERP system.

Right Mind’s work has delivered measurable improvements for Arcelia Developments, including a significant increase in qualified leads, faster response and follow-up cycles through system integration, improved conversion rates across the sales funnel, and a reduction in non-targeted inquiries thanks to AI-powered lead qualification. In terms of metrics, we’ve seen an increase in our qualified lead rate, a reduction in our lead response time, an improvement in our conversion rate across different sales stages, and a decrease in our cost per qualified lead (CPL).

Additionally, the platform has enhanced client tracking visibility, streamlined internal workflows, and contributed to stronger campaign performance across the GCC and North Africa markets.
