Riganti developed a custom web-based application tailored to support the management of our membership community and events. The main goal was to create a secure, extraneous platform-independent solution that would streamline our internal operations and improve user experience for both members and administrators.

The application enables efficient management of member data, allows users to register for events on their own, and provides access to event materials and a comprehensive database of fellow members and companies within our network. The solution is intuitive and user-friendly, not only for our community members but also for our internal team handling administration and content updates.

Throughout the entire project, Riganti consistently delivered on time and maintained excellent communication. Their team was highly responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with both the process and the final product, which has significantly improved the way we engage with our community and run our operations.

Since the launch of the new web-based application, we have seen significant improvements in the efficiency of our internal operations and member engagement. Over 80% of our community members actively use the platform to register for events and access shared materials. Administrative tasks related to event organization and member management have been reduced by more than half, thanks to automated workflows and a more intuitive interface.

We’ve also received very positive feedback from both users and internal administrators regarding the user experience, reliability, and speed of the application. The platform’s flexibility and security give us full control over data and content, while ensuring a smooth and consistent experience across devices.

We were pleased with the collaboration and the result. If we were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the visibility into ongoing development work — particularly at the beginning of the project, when we were still getting to know each other’s working styles.

At times, we weren't sure whether certain features had already been implemented or deployed. Having access to a shared project tracking tool (such as Jira) could have made it easier for us to follow the status of individual requests and better understand what stage the development was in.

That said, Riganti was always responsive and open to feedback, and we’re confident that future collaboration will be even smoother.

RIGANTI delivered a comprehensive solution that extends Power Platform by providing metadata management, database provisioning, API exposure, security enforcement and database query execution. Their work effectively enhances Microsoft Dataverse functionalities, enabling seamless integration with Power Platform while supporting advanced customization needs.


Key Deliverables:
1. Metadata Parsing and Customization Management
RIGANTI developed a tool for parsing metadata of low-code solutions, enabling the system to analyze and process customization layers. This tool ensures that modifications made to the customer solution are correctly merged and that the active component definitions are accurately calculated.

2. Provisioning and Database Schema Management
The team implemented an automated process for provisioning and updating the database schema in Microsoft SQL Server. This process is driven by the metadata parsed in the previous step, ensuring the database structure dynamically adapts to solution changes.

3. OData Metadata Generation and Web API
An OData metadata generator was developed to expose structured metadata for integration and querying. Additionally, RIGANTI implemented a web API to facilitate interaction with the platform, ensuring standardized access to data and operations.

4. Security and Authorization Layer
A security framework was built to manage data access and enforce authorization policies. This layer controls user permissions for both data retrieval and operations.

5. FetchXML Query Provider
RIGANTI implemented a FetchXML parser and translator into T-SQL. This component allows users to execute structured queries against the platform, ensuring compatibility with existing query logic used within Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

On our MES conversion project we were seeking a partner who can help us with programming resources for C# . NET development and SQL server development. Part of team works on delivery various .NET MES functionalities while othe rpart was helping with conversion of backend logic from AS400 RPG language to SQL.

On .NET C# side is widely used ADO and delivery of solutions is tracked with created user stories / bugs. While solutions delivered they are tested with customers for their functionality and deployed. Time to deliver and quality is main measure.

On SQL side bigger milestones (testings) are organized and full blown testing is performed which shows quality of deliverable.

Regular standups control work progress. Managing tasks are on our side. Priority is set by Development lead and Project manager.
