Founder. We are a start up Fintech company that provides casfhlow and financial goal tools to retail clients. As well giving financial advisers a client management portal.

For what projects/services did your company hire ReSync Digital, and what were your goals?

Full stack development to take our business from prototype to full working product. We only had fiigma wireframes and concept. We hired them to help choose the right API solutions for our product, liase with the supplier and build the full working product.

We found them as part of a start up hub we were in. Our CTO, who was CTO at one of Australian's largest banks, went through a referral recruitment process testing their capability and methodology.

They designed and developed in Laravel and VueJS (hosted on AWS).

• Liase with designers to ensure compatibility to function.

• Integrate API from key supplier - Basiq.io.

This pulled data from 80 financial institutions in Australia to create an easy to understand online financial reporting tool for retail consumers. When our CTO left, Resync stepped in as key liason with Basiq. Managing meetings and providing product feedback.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to keep to our key deadlines during start up time. This included the co-founder at Resync having to increase their input due to the CTO leaving. We were the first company in Australia to utilise the Basiq technology for retail customers. They opened up a wholesale offer usually for large institutions to us, because of the work Resync did.

Project management was great and used a Lean metholodgy. Sprint board with Jirra, then Trello. Project meetings 2 times a week and as needed. Was very flexible and willing to work with our timelines. Communication was open and honest and we always felt comfortable in knowing their capacity. Communcation via Slack, Trello and Email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very adaptable and willing to think outside the box for clients. They take on board projects like it is their own business and have pride in what they do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None to think of to be honest. We were in start up and they were great.

Freighthub is a digital marketplace for road freight in New Zealand. My position is CEO.

Our main product is a digital marketplace for road freight in New Zealand. We hired Resync to build that marketplace end-to-end. We require a front-end that creates an excellent user experience, and a back-end that can process transactional data for the marketplace, including very large locational data feeds to track trucks and freight.

Selected because of previous work done by the Resync founders.

Maintain and continue development of our freight marketplace. This included technical work such as deveoping API integrations with 3rd parties, building back  office automations and front-end updates.

The tech stack is AWS for cloud hosting, Laravel for backend and VueJS for the front-end along with the Tailwind CSS  library.

Up  to 4. They were all full stack developers, with one of them being the lead dev.

Deliverables were generally met, and a strength of Resync was early communication and resolution if any issues arose.

They provide high-quality work and they work in the best interests of the client. Development is generally done correctly to begin with, and any issues are quickly resolved.

They could push-back on design requirements more as we had not always fully thought through pieces of work.

I am the Founder & CEO of LENSELL, a Fintech company located in Melbourne, Australia.

We initially hired ReSync Digital for a pivot project during the first months of Covid lockdowns. We had to change our platform towards consumer based applications, and we needed some help to do that quickly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through a referral from another business partner. They highly recommended ReSync for work quality, skills and dependability.

They designed a portfolio planning application for us, presented the wireframes for review and feedback, applied changes as discussed with us and then implemented the web application MVP in Laravel with PHP . During the next 12 months the application has been expanded to include more functionality using same languages and also Python.

We initially worked with two people from the ReSync team, one UI designer and one full stack developer. Most recently their team has been extended and more people are involved in our current projects.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For the initial pivot application, we were able to launch an MVP very quickly. After that, we worked with ReSync to expand that application and add new features. We plan to continue to work with them as our application grows.

We communicate via email and are happy with the project management style ReSync provides time and cost quotes for each project version, explains and answers any questions we may have, and then they deliver on time. There haven't been major delays during our collaboration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is very knowledgeable and skilled, and they always look for efficient solutions. Many times there was not a simple way to achieve a particular feature we wanted, and ReSync went above and beyond their development work to research the best way to achieve an optimal outcome.

Not at the moment.

I'm the founder of a market research and strategy company that operates out of Australia and the UK.

We have a unique approach to research that requires technology to enable for scalability and efficiency, whilst reducing the risk of human error. We required an urgent rebuild of our software due to unexpected problems with our legacy program that impacted our operational capabilities.

We have worked with Aidan and the team for multiple years now on various builds, and they have always provided their services to support our technological requirements. We like working with them because they're highly responsive to our needs and are more than just "labour for hire", and instead take the time to understand our needs and incorporate additional features and functionality considerations that ultimately increase the utility of the solutions that they build for us.

They developed a Laravel-based research program within a 3-week turnaround that not only replicated the software that needed to be re-built, but also incorporated new features and functionality that previously did not exist. We now have a V2 piece of software that enables us to conduct high quality interviews at-scale with anyone in the world.

We were able to decrease our operational costs by 35% as a result of the program. We anticipate that in the long term, our operational costs will be decreased by over 100%.
