For example, we can track user KYC processes during onboarding and track the gift dollar flow through every stage of our system. These are critical metrics and outcomes. We've also seen an error reduction.

Resonite Technologies delivers on time and communicates frequently. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

I'm impressed by the flexibility and responsiveness of Resonite Technologies' team.

Our biggest challenge is the time zone difference, but we have people on our side who can adjust the schedule to make this work. Sometimes, it's difficult to get everyone on the call from both sides at the same time, but the other benefits completely outweigh this minor inconvenience.
