What challenges were you trying to address with Resonite Technologies?

We needed technical expertise, flexibility, and the ability to execute in a timely manner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Resonite Technologies collaborates with our financial services platform to develop and integrate APIs that support our mobile app. They also take care of the backend, testing, and ensuring everything is synchronized. The team primarily works on the backend, but also frequently coordinates with the frontend team and our financial services partner.

What was the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Resonite Technologies.

How did you come to work with Resonite Technologies?

We’ve worked with Resonite Technologies on previous projects. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their service was highly personalized.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Resonite Technologies in February 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The key outcome of our project is the sign-off by our financial partners. The APIs have to meet their standards, given the sensitivity of the financial industry. Resonite Technologies' work has resulted in compliance, transparency, and the ability to track workflow. For example, we can track user KYC processes during onboarding and track the gift dollar flow through every stage of our system. These are critical metrics and outcomes. We've also seen an error reduction.

How did Resonite Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Resonite Technologies delivers on time and communicates frequently. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by the flexibility and responsiveness of Resonite Technologies' team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our biggest challenge is the time zone difference, but we have people on our side who can adjust the schedule to make this work. Sometimes, it's difficult to get everyone on the call from both sides at the same time, but the other benefits completely outweigh this minor inconvenience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Easy communication and detailed project discussion will done as per bussiness development manual. All deployments done as per sprint assignments. Less than 1% delay in completing the assigned tasks.

Yes indeed. In some unofrmseen circumstances, with mutual discussion without the production environment delay all the the deliverables are perfect.

Recruit more upskilled emplyees. English communication of many other employees is very difficult to communicate.
