October is a visual, pseudonymous social network funded by top-tier investors in Silicon Valley. I manage the frontend development team.

For what projects/services did your company hire Repozitory Technologies?

We hired Repozitory Technologies to develop our web and mobile apps using React and React Native.

What were your goals for this project?

Our aim was to support and grow our existing team to build a comprehensive suite of applications.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I hired Richa (Frontend Engineer, Repozitory Technologies) from a pool of 50 qualified developers. She passed two interviews with our team.

Richa mainly worked on bug fixes, infinite list architecture, testing, and UI designs for our invites, search, and global identity picker.

What was the team composition?

Four frontend engineers built features for our web and mobile apps. I acted as project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We're a startup, so our impact is hard to quantify. Their contributions have improved the quality and stability of our web and mobile apps.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Richa was highly independent. She would make a great product manager. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Richa was consistently proactive. She never hesitated to make decisions and complete tasks, which made the remote team work well.
