We were looking to improve results on our PPC campaigns and generate more leads via SEO.

Reposition.co.uk created a bespoke plan of action for us. They have an international team which is extremely efficient, we sometimes had trouble keeping up as they work so fast - but they even helped with that!

Our Google Ads account was streamlined within the first 2 weeks and we saw immediate results. Our SEO action plan was comprehensive and we started on implementation within a week.

What was the team composition?

Our account manager dealt directly with us and he had the PPC specialists and SEO team reporting to him.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

PPC conversion rates are up 23% and costs are down 50%, amazing! In terms of SEO we have just seen organic traffic orders surpass PPC orders for the first time ever!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We feel as if the Reposition team were part of our own organisation. It's like having our own marketing department, but at a fraction of the cost.

What were your goals for this project?

To improve our organic search positions, organic traffic and lead numbers.

We vetted 3 agencies and Reposition provided the most comprehensive proposal and plan of action.

Describe the project in detail.

The Reposition team started with an on-boarding call to ensure we were all on the same page. They then moved on to produce a full technical audit and completed an in-depth keyword research document. As they have their own AI software this was more comprehensive than I have seen previously from other companies, with a lot of emphasis on semantic research. They then moved onto implementation.

What was the team composition?

I had my own account manager who is the lead technical architect for the project. He had an on-page specialist, off-page specialist and developer reporting to him. I only dealt directly with the account manager which made things much easier.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It has been 5 months and we have seen monthly improvements in all our target KPI's. Notably we have increased the number of keywords we rank for from 124 to 425 and this has grown our lead numbers massively. If this continues we will need to look at business expansion within the next 6 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

10/10 - seriously it was seamless.

They were completely honest and managed my expectations. They under promised and over delivered - absolutely brilliant!

No, nothing. I just wish we had found them sooner.
