I am the owner of Intuitive Roots; a fitness and lifestyle company that sells personal/virtual fitness training and nutrition coaching.

For what projects/services did your company hire Render Results, and what were your goals?

I hired Render Results to create a more professional-looking website that had more functionality and aesthetic appeal than I was able to do on my own through wix.

How did you select Render Results and what were the deciding factors?

The owner of Render Results had created the website for another company I was doing contracted work for. I Render Results based off the work they had done for this company. Their rates were affordable and the customer service was excellent!

We met to discuss details via virtual meet-up calls via zoom and google meet. I created a template of what I was looking for and we met once weekly to touch base on progress and to run over any new details I wanted added in.

Towards the later stages we didn't need to meet as much, and we just scheduled meetings on an 'as needed' basis.

I worked mainly with the owner, and very minimally with one of his employees.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Any thing I needed added to the site was taken care of very promptly, and there was never an issue with the company not being able to meet the demand. They worked fast and efficiently, and were very professional with communication and timelines.

The style was pretty casual, as we'd meet informally to discuss project details weekly. As we got done with the key elements we were able to meet more infrequently and would only link up an as needed basis.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The customer service and quality of work stood out to me the most. There were never any doubts as to their capability and all of the communication and conversations were handled very professionally. I felt very comfortable working with them from start to finish.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Make sure everything is properly spell-checked before going live (minor detail that was resolved immediately once I brought it to their attention).

We are a healthcare company specializing in longevity medicine products. I am a manager consultant and VP of the company.

We had a need for a website that would Sell our healthcare longevity products. Render created the sites and optimized sales through consulting and knowledge of our business needs. Render was using the latest technology for the applications and provided quick sales results

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome was fantastic with almost immediate response from Render Results building our website quickly and cost efficiently. The sales from the website are coming in after only a few weeks of SEO optimization and other marketing strategies such as influencer marketing and social media.

Carter at Render Results was responsive and intuitive about the needs of our company from day one. He was easy to work with and educated us on all the topics we were discussing for sales optimization.He has delivered results just like the name says! We are very happy with the company and highly recommend.

The technology Render Results uses is far advanced from any other company we spoke with when we were making our decisions for IT consulting.

I’m the webmaster for Greenbrier First Baptist Church. We have a congregation of about 150 in worship service on any Sunday.

What challenge were you trying to address with Render Results?

We had an existing website that we developed using Weebly. We wanted to make it run more efficiently and look better.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had our old website for a couple of years and we asked Carter (President) to take a look at it to see how we could improve it. He then developed a new website for us that’s much more streamlined, looks more modern, is much more efficient, and there’s security on it. He was telling us that our website was getting bombarded from overseas particularly with hits. I don’t know if people were looking for addresses or phone numbers. He streamlined it, protected it for us, and now is also hosting it for us. He used WordPress.

If you looked at the website we had and the one we have now, it’s totally different. He was able to take some of the photographs and graphics we had in it and use that. He would do work and then he’d let us take a look at it and see if we liked it and go from there. It was a joint effort of him putting stuff together and letting us review it, suggest changes we needed to make, and then he’d take care of doing that.

We worked with Carter. We were one of the first websites that he worked on commercially.

How did you come to work with Render Results?

We were aware of them and found them on the web. We want to help anyone as young as he is to see what he can do. We gave him the option to take a look at it.

We spent less than $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together from January to February 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have metrics. It’s a church website. We’re not trying to sell something. We want it to be informational. We have our members we need to speak to and they need to be able to get information that they need relative to the church. Then we have people that are possibly looking for a church. We know now that most people are going to visit a church website before they step foot in the door. We hear from people that say they visited the website and it worked really well and that they really liked it. To my knowledge, I’ve not heard anybody give me any negative feedback related to it.

How did Render Results perform from a project management standpoint?

It went really well. We had to scramble a little because we post our sermons each week for people to be able to access it. We had to scramble to find a way to do that efficiently and Carter was able to do that for us. From the time we turned over our old website to have him analyze it to the time we went live, it was only six weeks or so. He handled it very well.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

With them being a startup, they really want to deliver a top-quality product. They’re very responsive to the client. They do it in a manner that isn’t going to cost you an arm and a leg. Those things are important to me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything I’d have him improve. I don’t know how many clients he has now. I’m sure he’s growing. I know he has some other people working for him now. I don’t have anything negative to say.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Spend some time talking with Carter. Let him explain what he can do and how quickly he can do it. Once you talk with him, you’ll be impressed. He can deliver the goods for you. If you’re thinking about getting a website designed, some companies will take forever to do it and some will cost you an arm and a leg. You just need to talk to Carter. At least give him an opportunity.

I’m the founder of an online gym and we do 30-minute live Zoom workouts.

We hired them to develop a site for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team took the challenge and created a site for us and hosted it on Wix. They helped build something different, as far as virtual fitness training is concerned. Compared to other companies, we also wanted to target people who could come together all under one roof. 

In the platform, clients can sign up for classes, buy packages, and purchase per class session. After that, they get an automatic email that directs them to the class and they also have reminder notifications. On the other hand, instructors can go on the calendar, sign in, click the link, and be able to conduct their class. 

Currently, the team crafts SEO solutions for us. Just recently, they finished creating a new landing page, but we haven't published it yet. The landing page will allow our prospective users to get a free trial on all the services we offer.

They have been great and prompt. Render Results get things done. Moreover, the quality of their work has been great. We look forward as they grow their company and we look forward to receiving better services from them.

Their organization and communication skills stand out. When I mention things I need them to accomplish, they tell me how much time is needed to get it done. In addition, they quickly deliver their tasks.

They can add more creative people to their team since their area of expertise is focused on IT.

Come in with a clear vision of your project, especially on its creative aspects. Know exactly what you want from them and the team will deliver the best product possible.

I started The Feed Meal three years ago after building kitchens for over thirty-five years. I am a self-taught chef who took up cooking as a hobby twenty years ago. Over time, I have come up with incredible recipes that will make your mouth water. I focus on cleanliness, which has given me a 100 on my health score. I prepare most of my food in my professional kitchen, and cook the food in my top-of-the-line food truck.

I set up my food truck and serve people at many different places in and around the Springfield, Tennessee area. You can always go to a chain restaurant, but The Feed Meal wants to prepare you a fantastic homestyle sandwich or plate!

I was constantly searching for someone who good do the job at an affordable rate. My first five people I reached out to were just too expensive for me. I then found Render Results. They gave me a very reasonable price, and still had a solid portfolio.

It started with a proposal, he laid out what needed to be done. We agreed, then he began work. He worked for a full month, making sure to keep me updated every week. He finished the first draft after around two weeks, I had a few changes which he changed. We continued to make a few tweaks, and then he made the site live. It looked incredible! Since, they communicate with me about analytics and SEO.

At first, we were given a designer/developer. He communicated and did our work until the site was completed. We were then assigned to a hosting and upkeep member.

In six months, we have tripled, yes tripled, our revenue. People are constantly complimenting our website.
