Our company entered the Polish market, and with the limited time we need to feel 2 Scala backend positions with quite a strong requirement

They set up a call to collect the requirements, we used Trello for tracking the candidate's pipeline, and after each CV review and interview, they asked for feedback to adjust the search. And were filling the pipeline with new great candidates until we get the result company needed

I used to work with 2 representatives from the company - Lukazh and Greg. Experience with both of them is positive

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 1 month they built a strong pipeline of more than 10 candidates to the Scala backend position of a Lead/ Senior level. We filled the positions required at the exact timing they initially provided.

They supported us from organizing the recruitment process and doing initial HR screening, to scheduling tech calls - basically they were responsible for the 90% of the recruitment workflow and communication with both managers and the technical team.

We've worked directly with the CEO but there were also 3 other recruiters form RemoDevs involved in the process.

Our needs in Poland are about to be fully met before the end of the quarter.

Everything was and still is really smooth and efficient. They have provided great candidates and great communication.

Thanks to their expertise in both HR and technical fields, we were able to delegate most of the work to them which greatly relieved our workload and saved us a ton of time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They vet the candidates because they have IT experience. Details of their vetting is very detailed and very useful. The candidates match our needs so we save a lot of time by doing it ourselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not sure if they do it or not, but I'd like for them to validate language (English to be precise) level - this is extremely important in our line of work and it would save ever more time
