I needed to fill a top-notch Elixir developer position, one that could take a leadership role.

We worked together in April 2025. Overall, we worked together for around eight weeks.

RemoDevs presented over 20 qualified resumes. We held five first interviews, two second interviews, and one final interview. In the end, we selected a candidate.

We hired RemoDevs to expand our product team. Their service included sourcing and HR screening of candidates for us. Unlike most other recruiting agencies, RemoDevs added candidates to a Trello board, which made it much easier to manage potential candidates. They also helped us to schedule interviews and collect relevant information such as references.

They were able to provide us many suitable candidates. Thanks to RemoDevs we now got the right staff members in place and plan to continue this cooperation in the future.
