Remi Soft has the ability (hard to find in software develoment) to estimate time very accurately and shipped always on time, sometimes even earlier. The communciation and project management was super professional. They swiftly addressed all essential matters.

Their project management is on a very high level. They deliver everything on time, sometimes sooner than I expected. They respond to everything very quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a very professional approach in terms of project management, starting with fact-finding going via effective operations and ending in fast revision-rounds, so that we could achieve our goal very fast and had no disturbing distractions. The communication was always very clear.

No; it was perfect from the beginning to the end.

I have a restaurant in my country and as the restaurant management is a hard process , I decides to have my own management tool to make the process easier

My main goal while creating this app was to make the management process easier and I can say , that Remi Soft could implement all my ideas , when even I was not sure , that this is possible to implement what I wanted.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

One of my friend have been working with them for a long time and he recommended to select them for my project.

The application itself has been developed using PHP (Laravel) in back-end and Vue.js in front-end and many other technologies and APIs have been used for payment system development and for database.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

From their company 5 developers have been working on my project: 1 Senior BE developer with 15 year experience , who was doing team lead staff as well, 1 Senior FE developer, 1 middle FE developer, 1 Middle BE developer and 1 project manager. We have been using different kind of tools to organize remote working process, tolls like Git , Jira , Bitbucket etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For me the real measurable is that the time, which we spent on management staff after we started using the app decreased in 50% , which time we can spend on more important processes.

They have really good organized management style , they don’t use any kind of modern methodologies for now , as the team is not big , but they work using milestones , so you decide what you want to be implemented in an agreed timeframe and they just do it. They use slack for communication, sometimes it can be slack or Clickup, they use Clickup as a task management toll as well

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are really friendly, kind, professional, always ready to discuss your ideas and make really good suggestions. I am really impressed by these guys.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish their team would be bigger , as companies like Remi Soft are not that much , where you can find friends not employees or just technical guys who just do your order.
