What specific goals or objectives did you hire Remedy to accomplish?

• Remedy listened to us, about the many uses of our product, and the dilemma we don't know what a video might look like, with so many uses.
• It was Remedy then recommended a script & storyboard, that succeeds at communicating many different uses of our product.
• It was Remedy had the creative spark, not YUMPY company. We were spread too-thin, Remedy jumped in and figured out a really clever video for us.
• Remedy arranged all the sites, asked us about which actors to use, and finished up a script
• YUMPY LLC was a bit "perfectionistic" and Remedy accomodated that hugely. They sifted thru our ideas and included where it made sense.
• We were invited to be there, during shooting days, and it was fun, educational, and Remedy taught us a lot about their industry.
• Remedy did fabulous editing work after, always asking our comments, and we got a SUPERB final video edit!
• Once our final edit was in-hand, I could share it with our other vendors (Packaging designer, Injection Molder) and the Remedy video is instantly enabling as it raises vendor interest in what we are doing.
• Remedy did all this incredible stuff, fortunately at a price we could afford. We got the best best best, at a high-value price-point. Super video, great value thanks!

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Remedy listened to our dilemma, our product has many different uses but we dont' know how to fit that into a 90 second video.  Remedy came back with a story and plot, that allowed squeezing a lot of information into a short space, at a price we could afford.

We agree'd the Remedy creative vision was perfect.  It's fortunate that Remedy thought of this, rather than us, because we were spread-too-thin to be creative anymore. 

Since everybody liked the plan, then Remedy prepared a script, and proposed shooting locations.  They looked for actors to involve, and asked us to choose from several possibilities.

We were invited onsite for the shooting.  Both we and Remedy worked at the necessary props.  Turns out there was some flexibility, they already had a lot of what was needed, and with both of us contributing we had more props available than what we actually needed.

Remedy did fabulous things post-shooting.  They edited and provided multiple steps where our opinion was solicited.  At anytime we had ideas (good or bad) Remedy took time to discuss those ideas.  Our single-point-of-contact person, Richard, funnelled different ideas between YUMPY and REMEDY team.

Remedy even worked extra-hard on the audio, getting just the right music, adjusting loudness and timing of certain details, plus making sure everything was 'licensed' as needed. 

Perhaps most excellent of all, at times we acted 'perfectionistic' then Remedy accomodates that, and assists with those perfectionistic details.  The result for sure, was pure excellence, a great video!  And this makes such a difference to our startup company, and our startup product.  Remedy is a vendor that helps with our mutual success.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome of the project, is a super-fantastic video, succeeding at creative visions where so many others had simply "hung up the phone".  Remedy rose to the challenge and figured out the problem. Result is our video is super, and the communication of that video is super.  The video is explaining a new product, to the rest of the world, showing why they need it.  (what if you have the first jet airplane when everybody else is taking the train, you need an excellent video to show there is a new and better way, it is a communication).    Remedy fabulously communicated what our product does, and why it is needed.  It is a huge success and we got immediate results such as improved vendor communications about other products and services needed (packaging, logistics, manufacturing, all more interested in what YUMPY is doing as a startup).

Yes, everything was punchy and timely.  There wasn't much schedule slip.  Their initial proposals included a timeline.  As a client, YUMPY was on the demanding side, we always had another 10 ideas for Remedy to consider.  Our contact-person always went over the details, asked the team, and got back to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Remedy succeeded where so many others simply "hung up the phone".  Remedy truly wants to figure out the challenging problems.  Their photography work is quite beautiful, perfect image and lighting.  They have so many people helping (about 5) and a van filled with special equipment.   Especially they were willing to chat regularly, plus let us be on the sidelines during the shooting, so that we understood more and more what "making a video" is all about.  Was very educational to us, while the video came together!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Remedy could have done differently?

Remedy is doing great.  They are a rising star.  I would not ask them to do anything differently, Remedy was exactly what YUMPY LLC was needing.  AND we would like to return and do more videos, soon as time & budget allows it.

As an influencer for homesteading mamas around the world, I need to put out beautiful content that shows me working with my children on homestead projects. Remedy did a fantastic job of getting me what I needed for my audience and we had a wonderful time working with them!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was a rabbit processing video, which is difficult content to create with respect to the process and keeping it tasteful. Remedy did a wonderful job keeping it beautiful and respectful. A lot of people have issues with harvesting animals, especially with their children around, but Remedy was able to do so in a way that helped inspire mamas to try doing the same with their own kids. The video didn't gross anyone out, and only encouraged my followers on their homesteading journey!

Remedy handled this project wonderfully. From start to finish, it was done with excellent management skills and they had this project completed well before our timeline due date. They listened to thoughts on first drafts and gave great feedback and delivered exactly what I was looking for!

The way they handled the project from start to finish was completely impressive. From communications before production, to the actual shoot, and completion of the project. I was very impressed with how fast they worked, and how fun it was to work with them!

For this production no. They were great to work with from start to finish, very accommodating and had a wonderful eye for visuals.
