Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

My entire site was rebuilt with a totally new look and feel.  They help me choose photos and graphics that gave my site a welcoming appearance.  They kept tings simple so it is not overly flashy.  It's easy top navigate and simple to operate.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I feel confident that my site was completed in a resonable amount of time, and it was built to my satisfaction.  Considering it was about 5 or six years ago, i think it still looks fresh and i do get compliments on it's appearance and how it functions.  The level of service i received was excellent and that part of our relationship has not changed.  Rob Matlow continurs to raise the bar with his team, and it's reflected in the long term employment with most of his team.  I believe that Rob is a trend setter with how he runs his business.

Rob's team was great at getting me to provide various items for the site and kept the workm progressing.  They also were able to get the mood alighned with the photos that were used.  They made recommendations and still let me contribute to the design.  In a nut shell they were great to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The people that work with Rob are insink with each other and they seem to be working to delive the results that I was looking for.  They did a great job.

Are there any areas for improvement or something REM Web Solutions Inc. could have done differently?

I believe that the only way I coild expect more, would have been for me to spend more.  Even with that said I feel that I got great value for the money spent.

The REM Web Solutions Inc. was in constant contact via phone and email. They provided updates and even provided me with reminders on items that were my responsibility (which is great when you are running a business and trying to do side projects).

The product they provide is extremely usefull for us as it allows us to make minor adjustments to our content on our own time.

There are no areas of improvement that I can recall from our poject that I would have suggested to REM for future work.
