Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Clarity RCM provides revenue cycle management for independent dermatology practices. I lead marketing and own our website. Reload Mode built clarityrcm.com and stayed on as our web development partner through mid-2026. The scope started as a ground-up build: take design comps and turn them into a live, working Webflow site. From there it grew into an ongoing development relationship covering a homepage redesign, template work, technical SEO, and security fixes.
Scope of work:
- Full Webflow build of clarityrcm.com from design comps
- page construction, responsive behavior, and CMS setup for the blog
- Launch and post-launch development and maintenance
- Homepage redesign, from Figma concepts through a staged, clickable prototype
- CMS and static page templates for a 25-page expansion covering services, platform, and integrations
- Technical SEO implementation tied to our publishing cadence - Security remediation as issues came in
Key deliverables:
- The live clarityrcm.com marketing site, built and maintained in Webflow, including the blog CMS our content team publishes into weekly.
- A redesigned homepage, staged in Webflow with a live commenting tool so our team could leave feedback directly on the page instead of in a spreadsheet. We ran a full walkthrough call on the prototype with their PM and developers plus our in-house designer, covering content width, the comparison-card layout, the numbers-section animation, the team slider, and the revenue-graph curve.
- A shared Figma file that became our reference design for the rest of the site.
- Three Webflow page templates (CMS and static) built against SEO content briefs we supplied.
- A same-day fix on a clickjacking vulnerability that an outside security researcher reported to us, plus follow-up confirmation the next week.
- Sitemap and robots.txt updates as we published new blog articles.
We worked with a four-person team: an account lead, a project manager, and two developers. Most of the back-and-forth ran over email and their commenting tool, with calls at each milestone.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The headline outcome is that the site got built and shipped. Design comps went in, a working Webflow site came out, and it ran as Clarity's marketing site and only inbound lead-capture channel from launch until we replatformed in mid-2026. The numbers worth naming came from our SEO and content program, which was run by a separate vendor and our in-house team - but that program ran entirely on the site Reload Mode built, and the build held up under it. Over one six-month stretch:
- Average Google position moved from 19.7 to 9.3, page two to page one
- Search impressions went from 44K to 256K
- Non-branded clicks, the truest signal for net-new buyers finding us, up 508%
- 20 non-branded keywords ranking top 3, including #1 for "dermatology billing company"
- 15 Google AI Overview boxes citing the site, up from zero, plus our first featured snippet
- Most-cited domain in the dermatology RCM category in AI answers, roughly 2.5x the next competitor
The blog CMS is the piece I'd single out. It let our content team publish without a developer in the loop, and that is the only reason a program of that volume was possible. One security outcome: an outside researcher reported a clickjacking vulnerability on the site, and Reload Mode had a fix live the same day, with confirmation the following week.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Project management was strong. Their PM staged the homepage in Webflow with a live commenting tool, so our team could leave feedback right on the page instead of in a document. Turnaround on those comments was quick. We had a walkthrough call on the prototype where they took detailed feedback - content width, the comparison-card layout, the numbers-section animation, the team slider, the revenue-graph curve - with no defensiveness about any of it. On small and reactive work they were excellent. An outside researcher reported a clickjacking vulnerability and they had a fix live the same day, then followed up the next week to confirm it. Sitemap and robots.txt updates for new blog articles came back fast whenever we asked.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The feedback workflow was the standout. They staged work in Webflow and layered a live commenting tool over it, so instead of me writing notes in a doc and hoping they mapped to the right element, our team clicked on the thing and said what was wrong with it. Our CEO left comments. Our in-house designer left comments. It took the friction out of review, and I have not had another web vendor handle it that well.
The other thing I'd point to is the quality of their design file. When we later brought in a different agency for the redesign, that agency worked directly out of Reload Mode's existing Figma file instead of starting over. That does not usually happen. Most handoff files are disorganized enough that the next shop rebuilds from scratch, and theirs was clean enough to build on.
They also cared about motion detail more than most Webflow shops I've dealt with.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Reload could have done differently?
The line between development and design. They are a strong Webflow build shop. The full redesign needed design leadership, and that was not their strength, which is fine on its own - but I had to work that out myself and bring in a separate designer to get it moving. If they had told me up front that a scope that size wanted a dedicated designer, I would have respected it and staffed the project properly from the start.
