There isn't a single thing I can think of that Reload could have done better - they were great. They were fantastic to work with and accommodating to our schedule even though they are in a European timezone and we were in California.

Reload handled the design and development of the new Webflow website. They worked on all the designs in Figma, developed illustrations and animation visuals, and built the full development and CMS in Webflow.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen initial sitemap development, new page designs, and a transition from design to Webflow development. We’re focused on increasing site traffic, engagement, and lead capture on the site. Although it’s too early to tell since the project just went live, we’ve received very positive feedback from the full team on the site. It has a new visual identity and moves the company forward in terms of design and clarity of our service and technology offering.

Reload’s project management was prompt, clear, and supportive. Everything was delivered on time, and there was great collaboration from their team to deliver the results we were looking for. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reload?

I needed the website to be accessible globally, including from China. I also needed the website to be secure, reliable, consistent, and easy to maintain. Additionally, I needed to ensure we had ongoing support throughout the rebuild and for future website expansion.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Reload has rebuilt our entire website using the Webflow platform. The team has also handled content migration, integrations, and ongoing maintenance. The main objective is to maintain high Lighthouse and CrUX scoring, closely match the designs we signed off on, and go live by the beginning of October, which they’ve achieved.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Reload has weekly check-ins to understand how much of the rebuild and migration has been completed and what’s outstanding. Our Lighthouse and CrUX scores have increased by around 10%–15% in a positive manner.

Reload has delivered on time. The team is always around to support us with anything we require. We’re remaining on a retainer with them post-website build to ensure we can continue to build out our website over time to the same high standard. Reload has made the whole project simple and easy to manage. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
