I’m the EVP of COBE Construction, a commercial general contractor specializing in complex projects such as high-tech medical offices, fab tool installations, and clean room expansions throughout the Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with RefractWeb?

We needed help with a complete website refresh and strategy adjustment.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

RefractWeb delivered a preliminary design, and once approved, they built a new website from the ground up to replace our existing one. The team also provided wireframes, content updates, and an architecture revamp.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from RefractWeb.

How did you come to work with RefractWeb?

Someone referred RefractWeb to us. We chose them over other options because they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March-May 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RefractWeb delivered updated drafts of the website. Although we haven’t measured the results, many people have commented positively on our new site.

How did RefractWeb perform from a project management standpoint?

RefractWeb met all deadlines. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

RefractWeb took the time to understand our goals and created something even better than what we had envisioned.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
