Refract was enlisted to assist in SEO of our website and offer advice as to what further support our website would need to capture an ever changing market with regard to the areas of law we practice. For example, certain key words needed to be targeted in order to maximize the the available resources our firm was able to spend on a monthly basis.

Refract has been great working within our budget and delivering on precise itemized goals with regard to making certain inroads into a very competitive marketing medium. Again, Refract is always there to let us know what other options are available too should our resource allocation change. In that regard, Refract keeps us up to date with our current campaign to make sure we are staying on target to meet all of our goals which are on an ongoing 90 day quarterly review.

Refract has great communication skills even if we aren't always that great at getting back to them. It's easy getting lost in the rabbit hole of one's work but Refract keeps us centered on the marketing goal knowing the project goals must continue. In addition, putting one foot in front of the other has led to success with many of our business search terms comfortably being in the top 10 of Google's 1st page rankings.
