We needed a prototypical dashboard that could be described as functional to have the aesthetic appeal to put in front of customers and show to venture capital firms.

We heard of REAA and their premier development quality through Nashville based startup ecosystems.

The scope of work was to have simple visualizations for an endpoint management platform, being user management, aggregation of data in the form of landing page charts.

5 members, the CEO, 2 developers, and 2 project managers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They added additional features such collapsing sidebard. The added a user login tab. They added a chart on the landing page displaying threats per month to convey value.

We met at least once a week for progress updates, and communicated through slack between developers for when more technical conversations were needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They would rapidly develop multiple visualizations to help us figure out what would look the best. Most importantly, they quickly got up to speed with development of our dashboard. Lastly, the dashboard the dashboard is now in a state to put in front of customers and show to venture capital firms. They easily saved us at least 6 months of development if we did it oursleves.

No, they did an excellent job.

I'm the Managing Director of Portfolio Company Operations at Platte River Equity. We're a Denver-based private equity firm that invests in established lower middle market industrial companies, providing capital and operational support to drive growth and stability.

What challenge were you trying to address with REEA Global?

We needed to remove the manual processing of vendor purchase order confirmations.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

REEA Global established an AI tool that reads vendor purchase confirmations and compares them to our purchase orders in our ERP. The tool ensures that the items, quantity, and pricing on the confirmation match what is on the purchase order. Once confirmed, it inputs the expected delivery date from the purchase confirmation back into our ERP.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two teammates from REEA Global.

How did you come to work with REEA Global?

We found REEA Global through a referral from BluWave. We chose them over other options because of their speed to value realization. They weren't trying to sell us a canned solution; they were truly willing to be a partner to deliver a solution.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2024–January 2025. The project has ended, but we continue to receive ongoing support from REEA Global.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

REEA Global's work tripled the amount of purchase order confirmations processed in a month. We observed this increase in processed purchase order confirmations within two months of the project's completion, and we achieved this without adding headcount.

REEA Global's project management was effective. We primarily communicated through emails and weekly status meetings.

We were impressed by REEA Global's flexibility and willingness to stand behind their work.
