We were introduced through a colleague and they jumped into the project right away, helping us to shape the scope as well as to augment the team to an extent, they quickly integrated into our team and helped us deliver the cutting-edge cross-platform web-driven PWA, exceeding our expectations and helping us research new approaches in the process we had never thought about.

We worked with a designer and developer, they were able to fulfill the roles of the project manager in addition to providing deliverables as they had excellent communication.

We had won some awards based on our app and have grown our business exponentially.

We used all of our project management tools in-house. We prefer the Google workspaces. There was no friction here. We used AWS, and GitHub.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I love most about the team was their results-driven approach coupled with their critical thinking and creativity. We were able to solve tough challenges no one has ever done before.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I just hope he finds more developers and designers of this caliber so he can continue to expand.

I am a system administrator in a restaurant business company. Our company has various types of restaurants: pizzerias, authentic Ukrainian restaurants, fast food establishments and confectionery. Also meat products factories.

Our company ordered the development of an application for pizza delivery, delivery of products from restaurants of Ukrainian cuisine. The task was to reduce the costs of maintaining telephone operators, speed up the processing of orders, automate the process of creating orders, and make it convenient for users of the application to create orders. Also popularization of our services and digitalization of our restaurant guests. Also, create an online menu so that each user can use their own device to view the menu during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We chose the developer company based on the recommendation of users of other applications. And after calculating the cost of services and comparing with other market participants, a meeting was held and a decision on cooperation was made.

The work consisted in creating a new, modern application with wide functionality. The complexity of the work consisted in the combination of various types of activities of our company and the possibility of combining all the desired functions. The developer company proposed several non-standard approaches to the implementation of the functionality, which I liked as a decision-maker in this project.

At the beginning of the work, there were no difficulties in understanding between the customer and the contractor. It continues like this in the future. Each intermediate stage was discussed, warrants for the implementation of the menu functionality and product delivery were offered. In the end, a great application was created that was appreciated by the audience and company owners.

To cooperate with us, a team of developers led by the chief project manager, the manager for the design of the technical task was involved. A designer was also involved who helped implement the layout of the application.

We currently have a 4.9 app rating. 79 positive reviews, and 1 negative from the previous developer. We have 1160 downloads of the application in the apple APP store.

The main method of communication was a telegram group with all project participants. Also periodic meetings when it was necessary to show intermediate stages of development. Sometimes there were moments when it was necessary to resolve controversial issues, but there was always a constructive solution that satisfied all parties and provided the necessary functionality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

All modern development companies want to provide their customers with ideal services. For me, as a project manager from our company, it was pleasant that the ideas born during the project implementation were heard and executed!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my opinion, the implementation of the project for the Google platform could have been better. But understanding the different specifics of Apple and Google applications, I understand that this is not always possible!

I manage the marketing department and process online orders from the website and the application. Our company is a network of gyms in Lutsk (Ukraine, Volyn region).

Our task is to develop an application where it is convenient to buy a pass to the gyms, as well as to get a virtual card. In Ukraine, the state program "yePidtrymka" was active, funds were provided that can be used in various areas. One of the spheres is sports. We first developed an application for this state program and selected several subscriptions. And then the project developed and now you can buy any subscription to our gyms there and you don't need to carry a physical card with you.

This is a local company that actively participates in the life of the city. Company's CEO visits our gyms.

The first step is to create an MVP project (minimum functionality project) where users could get their first virtual card. The company offered us to use the native development of a mobile application for iOS and Android, as well as a small CRM system. We had an application in 10 days, that's very fast. Today, the application uses the technologies of a local bank for online payments, a virtual phone wallet, and a quick registration system.

Three people worked with us: an iOS senior developer, an Android middle developer and a web-designer. Good people.

In the first 2 months of operation, more than 1000 people registered in the application, people made more than 300 purchases, this is a very good indicator for our city. In the first weeks of operation, the application was in the TOP-10 applications in the "sport" category.

The company communicates in various formats. We talked in Telegram or live. It was convenient. The guys did the job quickly, in 10 days. We did not expect that we would be able to do so—active people who are ready to support any idea.

Their ideas and solutions are incredible. They offered us to develop an application and if it were not for this, we would not have such a result now. We are the only ones in the city with virtual cards for gyms.

Personally, everything suits us. The company is developing, good luck to them.
