This company was a new real estate private equity firm offering multifamily investment opportunities. As the Director of Marketing, I oversaw the brand development, communications, marketing strategy, and collateral.

We engaged Redshift Collective to help us define our corporate brand personality and design and build our landing page. Their scope of work included a competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, numerous exercises and in-person workshops led by their team, and website development.

We received a Brand Blueprint that felt authentic to our company and gave us the tools to develop our communications strategy, and ur landing page was complete and live by the requested deadline.

The project management was excellent. Very clear and timely communication at every stage of the project. They were very understanding of the unique challenges that came with our “start-up” environment and were flexible to our changing needs. They were patient with our questions and dealt with any concerns promptly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As a new company we had continually shifting needs and priorities, but the Redshift team never batted an eye. They really understood our needs and worked with us to develop solutions that fit our unique situation.
They went over and above to deliver our landing page on a very short timeline, even working through Christmas. They are a very hard-working team and we felt very supported by them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Redshift Collective could have done differently?

No. We were very happy with their services.
