RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Redbox helped us establish a stronger foundation for Wenix's Google Business Profile and local search presence. We came away with clearer business positioning, a more structured approach to GBP optimization, and an actionable strategy for improving our visibility on Google Search and Maps. The biggest improvement was having a clear direction instead of making random changes. We now better understand what to prioritize and how to build our local presence over time. While we're still evaluating longer-term ranking and lead generation results, their consulting gave us a solid foundation to work from.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with The Redbox Media, we’ve seen a clear improvement in our online performance, especially in conversion rates and direct sales through our website. Their campaigns have helped us generate more qualified traffic, increase direct bookings, and reduce our dependence on third-party booking platforms. We’ve also seen better overall visibility and stronger engagement with potential guests.
As the website and campaigns are still relatively new, we don’t yet have enough historical data to give a fully reliable year-on-year percentage. However, we’ve already seen a clear increase in direct bookings and sales generated through our website, with paid campaigns now becoming an important source of qualified leads and confirmed bookings. We’ve seen 15% growth last month.
One of the key KPIs we track is the ratio between advertising spend and revenue generated. At the moment, our campaign cost is stabilized at around 10% of the revenue generated, which we consider a healthy and sustainable level. We also monitor conversion rates, direct bookings, and overall sales performance to continuously optimize the campaigns.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Having a local content production team available on-site would be a nice addition, especially for photo and video content. However, this isn’t really their core business, so overall, we’re very satisfied with their work.

Reached + 100 000 local marrakech residents via strategic AI creation. The campaign reached more than 100,000 people in the Marrakech area, significantly increasing our local brand visibility through AI-powered creative content and targeted digital advertising.
