Hired the vendor to help us hire Sales people with backgrounds in outsourcing and martech. We've been struggling to find talented resources and the vendor was fully dedicated to going outbound for that. We agreed on delivering multiple candidates and selecting a final person. They delivered in 4 months and provided 1 extra month of consulting and guidance sessions.

I'm the CEO and owner of E-commerce wine retailer in Hungary that offers a monthly subscription boxes to its customers.

Our company was quickly growing and I needed support in finding talented IT(PHP & Java) and Customer services/Account manager employees. Initially we tried finding the right profile ourselves but with no success. That's why we decided to outsource all of the searches to an external company with a much broader network and right competences.

All the 3 employees we hired through RED Recruitment are still with us and after only a few weeks they became valuable members of our team.

Very effective and prompt. RED Recruitment used several software & strategies to source new candidates and optimize the candidates assessment and fit for the position and company culture.

Willingness to think outside of the box to find the right candidates for the job while keeping in mind the deadlines and budgets. Their international mindset and approach allow us to tap a larger market pool and find the right candidate.

Our company is quickly growing and we faced the necessity of hiring a branch manager to ensure a proper day to day execution of our operations and customer facing relation improvements

SOLUTION

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We considered multiple HR consulting firms, at the start in Poland / Warsaw, where we have our branches. Then by coincidence I got in contact with Andrea, founder of RED, and I was fascinated by the idea of video interviews screening using AI for a psychological evaluation of hundreds of candidates. The price was attractive so we decided to go ahead with RED.

After being briefed by us RED came up with an accurate shortlists of candidates which were scrutinized using their video interview software which matched both the “hard skills” then the “Soft” ones. We progress then with a shortlist of 5 candidates to interview, the process of setting up the meeting was entirely managed by RED, we identified 1 profile with full consensus and RED helped us to benchmark compensation and contracts filling as well. It has been a success.

After more then one month we are excited of our new branch manager….that’s the best outcome we could expect…
