Red Banyan was engaged based upon the firm's reputation as a top PR firm for law firms.  It was also important to me that we utilize their expertise in ligitation support and legal PR.  The firm was hired to help assist with a client with an employment related issue.  The goal was to bring public scrutiny to bear on a bad actor and to help protect the reputation of my client after it was attacked by his former employer.

The firm delivered for my client.  Media attention was secured.  The reputation of my client was protected.  Red Banyan did a great job of explaining the pros/cons for each option on the table.

Nothing comes to mind.  I was extremely satisfied and will hire them again for other client matters.

Everything that the team from Red Banyan said they would do for us they did--and then some. The team got the website live, created a media policy for us, and carried out press outreach around key issues of the day. They actually brought us more opportunities for the press than we were able to execute upon ourselves. So many of our attorneys are incredibly busy during the course of a day.

The style of the agency is the style of its Founder, which is very professional. You can tell that he spent many years in Washington and working with Senators, Congressmen and other leaders.

I don't know of any other firm in this area with the unique expertise in crisis communications/ crisis PR. Red Banyan also handle litigation support, which is unlike other agencies in Florida. This makes them particularly well-suited to work with attorneys, which is what we found.

Sometimes it would have been helpful for them to give us more time to prepare for media interviews, but I understand that they had to move at the speed at which the news cycles travel.

Our organization was formed to combat antisemitism in the K-12 sphere. We work together to expose and counter misinformation in the public realm, communicating with policymakers, and understanding the respective political process for each district in each city/state.

We train students, parents, teachers, and board members to advocate for the safety and security of Jewish students and staff. We identify underlying issues within school culture and then work on curriculum and teacher training, as well as policy and procedure.

Our organization was formed when we recognized an issue that was falling through the cracks. Antisemitism is on the rise and is becoming more and more prevalent in the K-12 sphere both within curriculum and within policy.

Red Banyan is a respected PR agency within the Jewish world and we knew they would have the strategies and solutions to help us elevate our goals nationwide.

Red Banyan really wants to see their clients succeed. This is not a PR factory going through the motions, they are truly dedicated to their clients and everyone works together cohesively.

Considering that we launched during a pandemic and have found a measure of success so quickly, we are grateful for Red Banyan and wouldn't change anything.
